Worked in the IT industry for 24 years with experience in a multi-vendor environment in physical and global virtual teams.

Using MS Office products, most recently the Power Query and Power Pivot tools in MS Excel, to produce high quality views and analysis of large data sets.

Recently learning the R programming language to analyse large data sets and to produce data visualisations

Providing senior management with both an overview and detailed view of outstanding debt
Reducing a daily six hour task to less than 15 minutes per day by automating email creation for new work requests
Reducing turn around times for client non-standard service requests from over 80 days to less than 10 working days
Self service tool for users to extract data and present in a variety of charting formats
A tool to collate estimated prices for work in a consistent format and to supply summarised reports to clients; identifying stale sales opportunities worth over $12m
Management of a global Change Request process to monitor and implement changes from project teams and clients
